The Commencement Ceremony

We’re excited to celebrate your achievements in person. The University of Florida offers in-person commencement exercises on our Gainesville campus. Summer and fall graduates are welcome to participate in the campus-wide UF commencement ceremonies hosted by the main campus.

Alternatively, you may choose to walk in the College of Pharmacy’s spring ceremony, which offers a special reception for the family and friends of our online M.S. students. Please note that choosing to attend the spring event does not delay your official graduation date—your degree will still be conferred at the end of your actual term (summer or fall).

Check the University of Florida’s commencement website for important information regarding the semester-specific commencement ceremonies, including the schedule, information for graduates and information for guests. You do not have to attend the graduation ceremony in order to graduate.
