If you have not received your invitation code you may request one online or contact the UF Computing Help Desk for assistance.
To request an invitation code online, use this link, click “Resend GatorLink Invitation,” and follow the instructions on the page.
To request an invitation code through the Help Desk, use the information below. They are available by phone or email 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

When contacting the Help Desk, you will need to be prepared with the following information:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- UFID Number
You will also have to answer various security questions so they can verify your identity
